Should a defect be found on any of our brand products, returns are accepted for a credit or product exchange. Please call Customer Service at (301) 401-2750, or email info@barebites.com, within 15 days of receiving the product to make a return request. We will instruct you on how to best return the damaged goods to our warehouse(s), and walk you through your credit/exchange options. Please be prepared to provide us with photos and detailed descriptions as well as returning the product to us.
